The
farmhouse is currently being refurbished and will be open for its first
guests from Summer 2008.
The farmhouse
will also be available for weekends and short breaks - please see below.

weekly (ie for seven nights), for 6 to 8 guests (6 adults plus children) |
Weekends or short breaks are available throughout the year
with the exception of Easter, Christmas and New Year and are calculated at
a cost of:-
- 60% of the weekly price for one or two nights
- 70% of the weekly price for three nights
- 80% of the weekly price for four nights
- 90% of the weekly price for five nights

| During peak periods, (Easter,
Summer, Christmas, New Year),
short breaks may only be booked 28 days in advance. |
Cost of Accommodation includes:-
Oil for heating and hot water
Bed linen
Electricity
Fuel for open fires
Wireless broadband (for your own laptop)

Terms and
Conditions
- A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to make a booking.
- The payment balance is due six weeks prior to the
start of your holiday, together with a refundable £150 security
deposit.
- If booking within six weeks of the start of your
holiday, full payment is required.
- If the booking is cancelled after the deposit is
paid, we will make every effort to re-let, but if the farmhouse
remains unlet as a result of the cancellation, then the deposit will
not be refunded.
- If the booking is cancelled less than six weeks
before the arrival date, we will make every effort to relet, but if
the farmhouse remains unlet as a result of the cancellation, then the
total rent must be paid.
- The farmhouse is available from 4pm on the day of
arrival. Please vacate the property by 10am on the day of
departure. We request that these times are observed so that our
housekeepers have sufficient time to prepare the house for our next
guests.
- Guests are expected to pay for any unreasonable
breakages, damage or additional cleaning.
- Guests are expected to use the property with care
and will be liable for any loss or damage to the property or contents
regardless of whether this loss or damage is the result of negligence
or of acts committed by themselves or by other guests.
- We reserve the right to seek compensation for any
damage discovered at a later stage.
